I stopped and asked them about their name one day. Seems they used to deal in Ginseng as well as tin cans. Note: Elizabethton Herb and Metal is no more. They are now OmniSource Recycling. Ah well. At least I have my memories!

I am concerned that he may engage in even more weird behavior. Have you, for example, observed him spray painting grass or vacuuming the the walls of his house?

Lee - No, he's not drunk. He usually heads to the pond (and ends up pulling himself or his JD out of it) when he's drunk.
Monkey - No doubt! I was in the kitchen and I heard him fire that thing up, so I grabbed my camera. I just knew it would be good. I can always count on Phil for things like that.
Dave - No painting the grass. He has washed his house with a pressure washer, but no vacuuming...yet. But, he should get some kind of creative award from JD for the variety of uses he has put that thing to. This one beats them all, though. Frankly, I was suprised - and a little disappointed - that he didn't try to catch the snow in the bagger.
Is this the guy who cut all his trees down?
Nope. That's my other neighbor.
